I. General provisions
The present Privacy Policy Regulation (further — Regulation) is the official document of the «Arcon» High-precision Machining Center LLC (further — the Operator), and determines the order of processing and protection of information about natural persons (further — Users), who use the services, information and services at the domain name www.cvm-arcon.ru and www.arconit (further — Site).
Keeping confidentiality is important for the Operator, because the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such aggregate information will be treated as personal information as long as such information is aggregated.

VII. User feedback
The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the present Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator.
Users are entitled to send the Operator their requests, including the requests regarding the use of their personal data, sending the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in the written form to the address specified in the General Provisions section of the present clause.
The request sent by the User must contain:
- information confirming the user's participation in relations with the Operator;
- email address;
- contact phone number.
The operator is obliged to consider and reply to the User's request within 30 days from the moment of the request's receipt.
Other.
In all other cases that are not directly stipulated in the Privacy Policy, the Operator undertakes to be guided by the norms and provisions of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 #152-FZ «On Personal Data».
The visitor of the Operator's website, providing his personal data and information, thereby agrees with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
The Operator reserves the right to make any changes to the Policy at any time at its own discretion for the purpose of further improvement of the system of protection against unauthorized access to the personal data, submitted by the Users without the consent of the User. When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted on our website along with an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the activities and online resources of third parties.
